When you arrive you will be pleased to find most of our rooms feature wonderful water views.Your room is designed for your comfort and delight and kept immaculately clean by our experienced and caring housekeeping staff. Each room is decorated with style and taste. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans and windows that open allow fresh clean air from the Chesapeake Bay.

• Check in is between 4:00-7:00pm or by prior arrangement.
• Children must be at least 14 years old.
• Guest who smoke may do so outdoors on one of the three porches or in the garden.
• Private bathroom and shower in every room.
• Gift certificates are available upon request. We would love to help celebrate a special occasion.
• Regrettably we do not allow pets.
• Weekend Minimum Stays are Required.

• Will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, if we know of your change in plans more than 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations Within the 7 days, you are responsible for any of your room nights that cannot be resold .
